Calver Parties offer a warm and welcoming service for bouncy castle hire with excellent customer engagement. From my very first enquiry asking about experience at specific venues and which castle would be best for our party, to delivery and collection the team at Calver Parties have been exceptional. They replied promptly to my initial request, provided informative answers to questions, shared a friendly reminder about my castle hire the day before the event, relayed critical safety information during castle set-up and were friendly and professional throughout.

The castle was clean and in perfect condition, and children of a wide age range enjoyed it throughout our party.

A great set up of bouncy castle, wiggle cars and soft play which all children enjoyed and had to be bribed off at the end of the party. Great company! Great service for my sons 1st birthday, from making the initial call to check availability / book, right through to collection on the day of the event - including a text confirmation the evening before which is always comforting :). Brilliant products too. We hired soft play, inflatable ball pit, giant connect 4 and hoppers. All in perfect condition and all kids loved it! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future !

We booked the Bouncy castle, soft play and wiggle cars for our daughter's 2nd Birthday.
Booking was really easy, with Zoe and Matt keeping us updated ahead of party day and even sending photos of set up / patterns for the castle. Prices were really reasonable and it was great to have them local to Andover.
Matt arrived on time for pick up and drop off, was super fast and even offered to help with general party set up. Everything was clean!
Most importantly, all the children loved it!

highly recommend Calver parties. hired the slushy machine, Connect four and ordered 20 bags of candy floss which was a huge hit with the adults and kids with all three items ordered. will definitely be hiring again. was so easy to order, communication was 10/10, said they would be here at 9:30 and indeed they were. I'll try and put photos in comments. but if your thinking of hiring for an adult or a child's birthday I would definitely do it as we had ages ranging from 5yrs to 15yrs in kids and also all the adults that had fun with it all.

Excellent service from Matt at Calver Parties. We hired the soft play for our son’s first birthday party and he absolutely loved it. Very friendly and professional. Quick responses and what I really liked was they took a real interest when liaising with them even from the first message unlike some companies I had spoken to who just didn’t seem as professional or bothered in their responses.

We hired the soft play set for a first birthday party. The babies absolutely loved it and it was so easy from initial enquiry right through to setup and clear down. This family run business puts the personal touch to their work, with providing additional information quickly and accommodating adjustments where needed. Communication at times of booking and payment was also clear and easy to follow.

The setup of equipment took around 10 mins and clear down was about 15. All incredibly non-invasive and straight forward.

Thank you to calver parties for supplying us with a brilliant bouncy castle so that our disabled son was able to enjoy one without the stress and sensory overwhelm of other children!
He had the best day! He played on it from drop off to collection.
The service offered was amazing throughout the whole hire.
It actually rained on the original day we booked but we were offered the Sunday instead at no extra charge, they couldn’t do more to help us.

A huge thank you to Calver Parties ltd for a great party set up! What was going to be in my garden could not happen due to the high winds and possible rain, so i moved the party to a hall, calver parties ltd had me covered and nothing was too much for them to organise and do for me so that my boy could have the best! the castle was huge and had a slide, very clean well looked after and we got experience the slushy machine yum yum!! and don't get me started on their awesome wiggle cars! left the children wanting more!! and the cherry on the cake is that they do party bags and sweet treats! thank you so much, will definitely be using them again for sure 5 stars all round and one very happy boy and highly recommended to all xxxxxx
